Luxury Year-round Hobbit House w/ private hot tub

Fern Hollow is one of 5 luxurious tiny homes that make up Littlefield Retreat, a tranquil woodland village of 3 treehouses and 2 hobbit houses – each with its own private hot tub and dock. This 15-acre forest retreat on Littlefield Pond offers our guests an experience that feels like a trip up to the woods of northern Maine, but is closer to home and to all the attractions of southern Maine.

Mountain View Studio

This over-garage studio has a private entrance, a queen-sized bed, a futon, gas fireplace, kitchenette & bathroom. There is a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker & toaster but no oven/stovetop. There is a small gas grill available May-Oct. We have beautiful mountain views & are located 10 minutes from downtown. NOTE: Our driveway is long and steep. 4WD/AWD vehicles are often needed to safely get up our driveway in the winter. Also, you will hear the garage door when it opens & closes.

Rustic Mountainside Chalet

Located on a wooded mountainside in the White Mountains & the Lakes Region of NH, close to hiking, 5 minutes to the rivers and 15 minutes to Lake Chocorua and Lake Ossipee for swimming/kayaking/tubing or just relax and enjoy the views of the mountains. Peaceful Chalet with one bedroom with one bunk bed unit with queen mattresses, and a large master bedroom loft with Cali King, kitchen, and 2 x bathrooms, a deep jetted tub. The basement is converted into an in-law’s suite where my parents live.

This log-style retreat sits deep in the woods above Tamworth, fully equipped for comfort without sacrificing the rugged feel. Hike local trails, stargaze in near-zero light pollution, or sit by the fire pit with the mountains in front of you. The optional wood-fired sauna steps from the door is the perfect end to the day. Sauna available as a one-time add-on.

This quaint A-frame is located just outside the heart of North Conway! Close enough to spend the day enjoying all the local activities, but just outside all the hustle to have a quiet relaxing fire in the woods. Cranmore Mountain Resort and Saco river is 2 miles down the road for all your skiing/snowboarding, mountain biking, tubing and adventures! Get away from it all in our lovely, spacious home with its new kitchen, in Eaton, only 15 min to the shops and restaurants in North Conway and five minutes to King Pine Ski Area. Our property comes with a lake access pass to Crystal Lake public beach. Our place is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, couples, chefs, and families. Our two floor home, with over 1600 sq. ft of living space, has two living room spaces providing private spaces for children and adults. We are owner-operated.
