This 37 acre getaway offers stunning views of the Blueridge Mountains & overlooks 5 acres dedicated to rescued farm pigs. Room 1 - The Madison Room

The Madison Room (#1) is located within the main home, on the second floor. Furnished with a king bed, tv, comfy chairs, and federal-style desk, this room has all you need for a quiet getaway. The full bath has an impressively large mirror and standing glass shower. This room is on the back half of our home, overlooking the private patio and evening sun. Be sure to inquire about our complimentary breakfast when you book your stay! Furniture and artwork is subject to change as we replace items.

Cope Foster - King Room Downtown Cville!

This beautiful Virginia home is located in the historic part of Charlottesville. It is in walking distance to The Paramount theater, restaurants, and shops on the downtown pedestrian mall, making the house's guestroom perfect for anyone looking for activity in Charlottesville. The elegantly furnished primary suite has a KING bed and an adjoining private bath. This is a B&B style accommodation. Your hostess, Sue, stays in the home and serves continental breakfast each morning.

Lafayette Inn & Restaurant The Washington Suite

Charming first floor suite. Sitting room on the front side and a separate bedroom in the back. A queen size bed, broad plank floors and a private bathroom with a stand up shower make up this suite. Heating and air conditioning, a small refrigerator, and a private in-room TV. Full breakfast included for Inn guests (Sunday Brunch optional). For room guests we offer a special dinner option with advance reservation on every night. Typical seating time is 6:00 every evening.

Room 3 - The Library Loft

One of our guests favorite rooms, the Library Loft features stunning views down Main Street, while overlooking our private back patio. A king size bed and tv are located upstairs in the loft, along with a half bath. The main floor of the room features a sleeper sofa with queen bed, and a full bathroom with a standing glass shower. Original beams and hardwood floors warm the space with a cozy atmosphere. Inquire about our complimentary breakfast when you book your stay!

Room 9 - Monroe

Located on the second story of our adjoining townhomes, Room Nine, the Monroe Room, is furnished with a queen bed, desk, reading chair, and dresser. Enjoy easy access to popular shops and restaurants from this charming place to stay. The bathroom is complete with standing glass shower. The original 1800’s fireplace is not for guest use, but makes for a beautiful accent to the room. Be sure to inquire about our complimentary breakfast when you book your stay!

Room 7 - The Veranda

Located in our adjoining townhomes, The Veranda offers its own private getaway. Enjoy a king size bed, smart tv, and private porch. This room has its own private entrance, separate from the main home, and overlooks our private back patio. Additionally, it is located on the back half of our home, making for a quiet retreat. The full bathroom offers a standing glass & tile shower. Be sure to inquire about our complimentary breakfast when you book your stay!

Room 2 - The Meriwether

Located on the second story of the main home, The Meriwether offers a king size bed, claw foot tub & standing glass shower, writing desk, and your own private balcony! Exposed brick adds a historic charm to compliment the modern amenities. Enjoy a relaxing evening overlooking our private patio, or take a stroll downtown from our convenient location.
