You can walk directly across the street to the sound access gazebo where you can see the sunset & launch our kayak or canoe. The bike path is directly in front of our home which takes you to the Wright Brothers Memorial and many local restraunts & venues. The beach is just across the street (.5 miles)with free parking. Our local boat ramp is a few blocks away w/free parking & launch

You tube "tour of Manteo nc" to see this special location in the heart of downtown on a 3rd floor overlooking the lighthouse and Shallowbag bay. Walk to restaurants, bars, shops, docks, and Festival Park/Elizabeth II. Visit The Lost Colony/Fort Raleigh/Elizabethan Gardans, NC Aquarium, Jockey's Ridge, and Much More.
