Little Haven

Start your mornings on the porch watching the dolphins on the Albemarle Sound, or on our private dock with a fishing rod in your hand. Our hidden gem is less than an hour from a bear hunt at the Alligator River Refuge or a day of exploring the Outer Banks. We’re also a short drive to a variety of game lands or Pettigrew State Park with hiking, biking, canoeing and kayaking access. With every sunset comes an opportunity to reset, and at our little haven, you can end your day with the very best!

This gorgeous and quaint cottage sits on Muddy Creek where Perquimans River and the Albemarle Sound meet. It offers unparalleled views of magnificent dusk and dawn skies over water as you are surrounded by a variety of wildlife. Inside, the cottage has an open concept with one large room and a separate full bathroom. Walls of windows offer panoramic water views that embrace you the moment you walk through the front door. West Customs Guest House

Sellers Guest House is a story and half, situated on the property of the West Customs House built in 1772. The guest house has a opened floor plan with kitchen and bathroom on the main floor and a bedroom upstairs. There is a delightful front porch that is perfect to relax on. The West Custom House Property is nestled on Blount Street in Edenton's Historic District just a block and a half from downtown making an easy access to restaurants, shops, historic sites, and the waterfront.

When out and about, be sure to visit the Columbia Museum and the visitor center and learn about the history of Columbia.
