Solara Villa – Terra

This villa is one of two identical, fully independent private villas located side-by-side (Solara Villa – Aer & Solara Villa – Terra). Each villa is rented separately and offers complete privacy, with its own private pool, entrance, and outdoor space. This setup is ideal for families or groups traveling together who may wish to rent both villas, while still enjoying their own independent accommodation. A design led villa shaped by the Golden Ratio & Vastu alignment, connected to its environment.

Private Tropical Loft in Villa with Pool & Jacuzzi

Tropical vibes in your very unique private and well equipped ground floor Loft next to a fish pond (room, kitchenette, bathroom, dinning area, indoor garden...) Free access to the designer villa main areas:swimming pool, gym, terraces, jacuzzi, lounges, main kitchen... shared with other guests renting other very independant studios. Each of the 4 unit has full privacy. Good news! The tourist tax (€3/ person/night) is already included in the price Jacuzzi heater additional fees of 10€/session

Situé dans un quartier calme, près de la mer, d’un supermarché et de restaurants, la villa Evalia est un cocon paisible, idéal pour une escapade en duo, en famille ou pour du télétravail. Elle comprend 2 chambres lumineuses et climatisées, une salle d’eau, une cuisine, un salon, une salle à manger, une terrasse et le Wi-Fi. Elle donne sur un magnifique jardin et la piscine commune avec le studio attenant. 2 petits chiens sympas, présents à l’entrée, jouent et montent la garde dans l'allée.

C'est l'endroit idéal pour profiter de la plage, prendre un verre en regardant le couché de soleil ou voir les surfeurs ou dauphins au loin. Personnel de maison et linge de maison inclus. Hôtel-Spa Tamarina à 100 m par la plage et Tamarina Golf 18 trous à 3 min. Baie des dauphins face à la maison. École de surf 150m.

BUNGALOW PRIVATIF AVEC PISCINE PROCHE DE LA PLAGE

Le bungalow est sans vis à vis, entièrement privatif et comprend : Une chambre en suite parentale avec salle de bains à l'étage, salon, cuisine "américaine", une terrasse avec une petite piscine (également privative).Vous serez à 100m d'Albion Mall (supermarché) et moins de 5 mn en voiture de la plage. Le quartier est calme et résidentiel. Pour les voyageurs accompagnés d'un bébé, nous disposons d'un lit et chaise adaptés. Wifi 50 Mbps (non filaire).
