Welcome in our life's project. An attic with 3 cozy rooms completely renovated and with original 60's bathrooms style. The park will guarantee you relax and peace. A "summer kitchen" (from june to september) and a porch that used for lunch/dinner. We live on the ground floor, but the entrance is indipendent. The villa is located on a first hill of Arenzano, about 2 km from the center and the sea. The road to the villa is paved and we report the presence of sharp bends, however it is passable with any car or van.
