(Separate bedroom with two beds and two beds in the open gallery above the livingroom). Mountain view. Village centre and sports area with children’s playground: 5 mins. on foot. Supermarket and free winter ski bus stop: 3 mins. Closest downhill ski area 5 mins by ski bus. Engadin ski marathon cross-country trail right in front of house. Lots of beautiful hiking trails.

No bunk beds! 4 bedrooms sleep 8 with 3 bathrooms, offering space and privacy. 14 min drive to Lenzerheide for excellent hiking, biking and skiing. 5 min walk to train. Everything (bars, shops, restaurants, station, ferry, beach) are close, within 500 meters, 8 minutes on foot. THE HOUSE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR THOSE WITH WALKING PROBLEMS AS THERE ARE MANY STEPS. The house has no parking, finding parking in Varenna in summer is complicated, it is advisable to arrive by train.
