The Brookside Cabin

Our Cabin is nestled in the woods of the Adirondack Mountains. The Cabin is behind our family home. We are on a country road close to two towns. Our area offers many amenities such as fishing, hiking, boating, golf, hunting , wine tasting, leaf peeping. The cabin is heated by a wood stove and is the only heat source. “Wood Stove will injure a small child. Fast moving water in brook. Children 7 and up is ok with pre approval. The outside shower is heated, hot water available mid April -Nov.

The Deer Pine Chalet is a newly built custom log home in the Adirondack Park. This winter wonderland getaway is just 12.5 miles away from Whiteface Mountain boasting 22 miles of ski and snowboard trails. Our neighborhood has 6 cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and hiking trails with a combined 10 miles; all trails intersect with a trail entrance steps from the chalet! You can go ice skating, tobogganing or dog sledding in the historic town of Lake Placid just 21 miles away from the chalet.

Pets are allowed but please do not leave your dog if you think they will bark while you are away. We have other units in the building!

Our home offers open concept living downstairs, a cozy fireplace and air conditioning making your visit to Vermont comfortable in all seasons! There are 2 bedrooms, designated work space and a full bathroom upstairs. Note: Extended stay requests will be considered during non peak seasons. Lease agreement and security deposit equal to one month’s rent will be required at time of booking.
