This place would be great for a large family or group to get away from the noise of the city. or a group working in the area. Located on 20 acres with a pond, plenty of wild life to see, Located just a few short miles from Lake Huron, Hubbard Lake, and only 15 Minutes from Alpena. A large trail system nearby, for snowmobiles, quads and other off road vehicles. Great place to just sit back and relax. Very Private, nearest neighbor is me, 20 acres away. No hunting or shooting allowed.

A fixer-upper. The house is ready now with some ongoing projects. The house is one bedroom on top of a two-car garage so being able to climb steps is a must to enter the living space. The house is located in town. Less than a 5-minute stroll to the lake passing a coffee and ice cream shop, a consignment shop, an art gallery, etc. This is a great place to stay for the Harbor Town Weekend in September. Relax at this cozy 1 bedroom cottage with a large yard and fire pit. Located just 2 minutes from the North End park and boat launch. Fishermen, the driveway is big enough for your boat and you can plug in to charge your boat batteries. Very close to a tavern, gas station, dollar general, and the general store for food and anything you may need on your trip. Property is not lakefront but is across the road from the lake.
