A lovely peaceful getaway perfect for hikers, cyclists, birdwatchers and anyone wishing to explore the beautiful North Norfolk countryside. Sustead is a small village located within 5 miles of the popular coastal town of Cromer, and within 10 miles of the historic market towns of Holt & Aylsham. The Cartlodge has been designed and decorated to a high standard to provide a sumptuous stylish, bright & cosy place to stay. Nearby are the National Trust properties & parks of Felbrigg & Blickling.

Delightful North Norfolk Victorian Retreat

Your accommodation is separate from the main house and was part of a Victorian School built in the 1800's .It is self contained . It is situated in the heart of North Norfolk being only 20 minutes from the sea . Norfolk is mainly an agricultural county with many farms and quaint villages and amazing coastline . From here you are also only 25-30 minutes from Norwich the Main City which is of great historic interest with a castle & two cathedrals , it also has a great market and great shopping .

THE BARN ANNEXE: COUNTRYSIDE YET CLOSE TO BEACHES.

The Annexe is situated just off the road down a country track in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a newly renovated space within our barn conversion. It is located in a rural part of North Norfolk and although surrounded by countryside, it is also only a short distance to many beautiful beaches, making it the perfect escape. The village centre has a bus stop and a welcoming pub, both are within walking distance (a tranquil 15-20 minute walk). There are also train links nearby too.

The Bothy - spacious dog friendly barn

A light spacious barn conversion set in open countryside, 15 mins drive from the Georgian market town of Holt and the beach at Sheringham. Some noise may be heard within bedroom as bedroom from adjoining cottage is directly above. Set back from a small, quiet country lane in an area renowned for birdwatching, walking and cycling. Close to National Trust estates of Felbrigg and Blickling and country pubs at Wolterton (2.4 miles) and Itteringham, which also has a very good village shop/cafe.

Garden Cottage sleeps two people, and has been lovingly renovated and finished into a self contained, private and beautifully presented private cottage nestled in the garden of Emily and Aaron’s home. Located in a residential area of the Georgian town of North Walsham, the cottage is ideally situated for accessing the vibrant city of Norwich, the beauty of the Norfolk Broads and the breathtaking North Norfolk coast line. Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

Nestled in the beautiful Norfolk countryside our holiday let is designed for 2 adults (sorry no children (over 2yrs old) or pets, but we can provide a cot/highchair for a baby). Nestled in the trees with stunning views down into a hidden, valley. Binoculars are provided to enjoy the Barn Owls, Kites, deer, foxes, badgers, rabbits, hares and squirrels that inhabit the valley. The all wood lodges have been hand built by local craftsmen; the fixtures, fittings, and beds are made from a specific species of 'waney edged' wood. A fully fitted kitchen, mood lighting and a wood burning stove complete the cabin-in-the-woods romance of these gorgeous luxury hideaways.

The old Farm Office.

A peaceful getaway for two, we can cater for special occasions on request. It's a great base to explore Norfolk's beautiful countryside. Its location is very convenient being close to Norwich, Norfolk Broads & only a few miles away from the popular coastal towns of Cromer, Sheringham with stunning beaches. The Old Farm Office is private and fully self-contained; guests have their own entrance to a hall, separate fully fitted kitchen, shower room, lounge/bedroom and private garden.

A perfect countryside couples retreat, where you’ll always have a warm welcome . Brick Kiln Cottage is a traditional c1850 Norfolk Cottage. Once the home of a traditional Norfolk brick maker. Fully modernised to the highest standards while still retaining lots of original charm and character. set in a three quarter acre garden, with a wildlife pond. Perfect for any time of the year, you'll find all your creature comforts and more in our cosy cottage.

THE CLOCKHOUSE ROUGHTON

This fabulous open plan ground floor apartment is set in the peaceful village of Roughton just five minutes from the seaside town of Cromer. Private enclosed garden opening onto the main beautifully presented two acre garden beyond. The main garden opens for the National Garden Scheme. In 2024 the Salvia Microphylla which are dispersed around the gardens were awarded National Collection Status. Pub and shop in the village.

The Garden Cottage

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful newly refurbished cottage on the outskirts of Aylsham in the beautiful county of Norfolk. This small market town is bustling with independent shops and many places to enjoy refreshments. The long distance footpath Weaver's Way is literally on the doorstep, or you could visit the Norfolk Broads, Blicking Hall or Cromer. The beautiful North Norfolk Coast is just a short drive away.

Church Farm Barns- Big group self catering Cottage

Church Farm Barns is the perfect location for big family holidays, or large group get togethers. The accommodation is split into 3 different barns (that are all joined together externally) so that groups can have their own space. Corner Barn is large enough for the whole group to socialise and eat together in the kitchen. As well as space to socialise together in the large lounge area.
