House doesn’t quite describe Seagulls as accommodation is on one floor with a bit on ground floor. Close to the ancient Moot Hall, approx 60 second walk to the beach, boat pond and 2 mins to one of the best fish and chip shops in the area, the Co-op (conveniently open long hours) and other great shops, restaurants and cinema.

There is direct access from the bottom of the garden onto the ‘sea wall’ along the river, for walks and wonderful birdwatching. There is a duckpond (fenced) by the house and chickens (collect the eggs), and a large summerhouse with veranda in the garden, as well as a paddock of alpacas!

A perfect spot in-between popular nearby destinations, such as Aldeburgh, Southwold and Dunwich, all just a short drive away. 1 minute walk to local shop and 5 minute walk into town. All bed linen and towels are provided. Appliances include microwave, kettle, toaster & washing machine.
