Newly renovated throughout and close to bars, restaurants, theatre, amusement arcades, Gorleston High St (>1 mile), Great Yarmouth (4 miles) and Norwich (20 miles). Welcome to our listing for our privately owned and run beach holiday home which benefits from being located on the wonderful Park Dean Resort in Walton-on-the-Naze. The caravan is brand new and sited in the prestigious Sandy Lodge area in June 2021. Sandy Lodge is on the Southern part of the park which benefits from being close to the club house, restaurant and shop, but most importantly a short five-minute walk to the lovely sandy beaches of Walton-on-the-Naze.

Perfect accommodation for a family holiday by the beach. My property has a large garden with a patio and a private hot tub. It has parking for 3 cars and a barbecue. All bedrooms are spacious with ample storage. There are 2 shower rooms and 2 separate toilets all downstairs. Linen and towels are provided. As well as tea, coffee, sugar, milk and a welcome pack on arrival.

Beach front house is a beautiful 2 bedroom house across the road from the beach . You come out of your front door turn to the right and you can see the sea a stones throw away with its own single parking space round the back . It has two large bedrooms and sleeps up to 7 people . Beautiful all year round !
