Idyllic summer house between 2 lakes in Gothenburg

THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Glöm alla vardagliga bekymmer i detta rymliga och smidiga boende! VILLA ELLA är ett helt nybyggt hus som ligger ca 20 minuter ifrån Göteborg. Här kopplar du av med familjen eller vänner i lugn miljö mitt i grönskan. Ni har plats för flera bilar intill huset. Såklart parkerar ni gratis. Vill ni ta pendeln till Göteborg så kan ni parkera bilen på Ale torg där pendeltåget tar er till stan på en kvart. Numera vill många discgolfare bo i Nödinge då Ale Disc Golf Center ligger bara 6 minuter bort.

Huset ligger precis intill Bohusleden, Fontins naturreservat (milspåret), Trankärrsslingan, Mariebergs naturreservat och Göta Älv, med cykelavstånd till både Kungälv och Bohus Fästning, och med Göteborg, Marstrand, Svartedalens naturskyddsområde en 25 minuters bussresa/bilresa bort. Njut av många vandrings- och cykelleder, promenera runt i Gamla Kungälvs fantastiskt mysiga kvarter med caféer och butiker.

Get easy access to everything from this perfectly located accommodation with nature around the corner, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Take the opportunity to visit Bohu's fortress, stroll along Västra Gatan and in the Fontin nature reserve. 25 minutes to the center of Gothenburg. Lakes are 10 minutes away by bike or by car. 2 bikes are available to borrow, if you need more it can be arranged.

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Bo på landet men med ett stenkast från centrum. 25 minuter från Göteborg! Vakna upp med morgonsolen, ta en kaffe på altanen och njut av fåglarnas kvitter. Ta en tur i skogen som är berikad med bär, svamp och mysiga stigar. Avnjut middag i solnedgången! Möjlighet att ladda elbil över natten till en kostnad på 100 SEK

Totalt 140kvm fördelat på 2 plan med 4 sovrum, 2 allrum, 2 badrum och stor öppen sällskapsyta med matplats för 8 personer. En uteplats med loungemöbler och grill. Huset är även privat bostad med personliga tillhörigheter

Charmig Swedish house with large garden

A warm welcome to the former Jonsereds Farm boutique, located minutes from Centrum. What was once a farm shop has today been fitted out as a classic, very cozy home for 1-6 people (up to 8-10 possible but then it gets quite crowded). Kitchen and bathroom are modern. Two lovely bedrooms/lofts on the second floor and a small bedroom on the ground floor, perfect for kids or those who can’t manage stairs. The garden is large, lush and has nice social areas for e.g. barbecuing.

Sjöstugan

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

Lillstugan

Welcome to the homey cottage located in the middle of our smallholding. The landscape is rural and serene, yet Gothenburg is only twenty minutes away by bus from Eriksdal. While staying, you have the forest close, offering charming paths in a nature reserve, or longer hiking's along Bohusleden. Enjoy your breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening at the patio. However, take to heart the gentle neighs from horses, mischievous sheeps and our kids playing with the dog!
