Quarto Pirica, stunning suite on Sintra mountain

Pirica’s room was born in 2017. Is a new, cozy suite with an amazing bathroom and outside terrace with a stunning view to Atlantic ocean and Sintra mountain. Is set in the heart of picturesque village of Penedo * This suite is independent of our house, what allows to our guests have more privacy * In 2024 we decided to renovate and improve the interior space and also do a completely make over of all the house exterior spaces. We offer a peaceful and well decorated space, with lots of history!

Old mill

Studio open space with an independent entrance integrated in a house of contemporary architecture, where we live, next to a ruin of an old mill. Fantastic view of the countryside. Bed for 2 people, with the possibility of hosting another in an extra sofa (20 euros extra payment). Fully equipped kitchen. Magnificent bathroom. There is no central heating or air conditioning, but heater and fan are provided. The house is 25 minutes from the beaches of Comporta, Melides, Sines, etc. Fiber Internet.

Lake View at Cabanas do Lago

Take a moment, come to a quiet place, let yourself wonder. Concealed in the majestic scenery of “Cabanas do Lago” making an honest claim to be a walk away from the pure waters of Santa Clara Dam where if one so chooses can lose themselves in the beauty of this place. Here nature dances with the senses. The sights and sounds that surround this lovely setting will be etched to your memory. To wake up here, can be an amazing experience. Where the soft light of the morning gently wakes you up.

Wooden "Chalé"

Dear guests, I have the pleasure to host you in this beautiful nordic pine Chalé. Hidden away from the street in the rear garden, access is through the inside of the first floor apartment then back down to ground level by the outdoor stairs. To access the yard where the chalet is located, they pass through my apartment on the first floor and go down about 10 steps. The Chalé is fitted with a bathroom and kitchenette so you can be autonomous and there is also an outdoor space in front.

The Garden House is a cosy and secluded studio apartment for two people that overlooks our lush garden and is the ideal choice for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Appointed to a high standard with natural materials, such as oak parquet ceiling and floors and linen curtains, and decorated in soothing natural colours, it blends harmoniously with its surroundings. Large patio doors lead out onto a spacious and private terrace with a dining table and chairs and a wooden sofa.

Located just in front of Aljezur's Castle an area of outstanding natural beauty. Only 5 minutes walk to the Vicentina Route path. Please notice that you are renting a room no a house. Pequena suite independente com wc privado. A cozinha é partilhada com mais dois quartos, o jardim e piscina. Cozinha equipada com micro-ondas, um fogão a gás, torradeira, frigorifico, forno, máquina de café e chaleira. Há ainda um barbecue portátil para cada um dos 3 quartos. Pequeno almoço incluido entre junho e setembro. Importante: ler regras da casa.

Cinco is a private home on the edge of the historic centre, set into the hillside with quiet gardens, pool and amazing views across the countryside to the sea. Breakfast and maid service are included. All Sintra attractions are within walking distance yet the location is quiet and secluded.

Chapel Room

The Chapel Room is a characteristic room with a double bed, a kitchenette with fridge and cookerplate and a spacious bathroom in Moorish style with bath and shower. The entrance door gives onto a gallery that leads to the inner garden.
