Welcome to OAH-1870, the oldest surviving house in Ålesund’s city center – a charming cultural treasure built in 1870. This unique home withstood the devastating fire of 1904, preserving not only its original character but also a true piece of local history. Langholmen private Island - with rowing boat

A whole island for yourself with a cute cabin for two people with the basic necessities and direct access to the Atlantic Ocean. You can catch fish, spot eagles and sea-otters, watch the endless sunset and be directly in nature undisturbed by the modern world. A small rowing boat is included. Bed sheets upon request and extra fee. We are dependent of guests to clean out properly after their stay to welcoming next guests. Please respect. Nice beatiful studio 30sqm in the 1 floor in my old private town house built in 1905. Walking distance to the famous Ålesund City center with its jugend style arcitekture and the viewpoint Aksla. A must for all tourists. 3 min with the bus to the harbour and city center. 10 minutes walk to the seaside where you could take a swim at the beach or go for fishing. Bus stop just outside the house. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer in the basement. Close to the NTNU.

Fjord view in centre w/parking

Just metres from the town centre, but very quiet at the end of a narrow road, with amazing fjord and mountain views! Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. Welcome!

Fantastic view from sitting area outside apartment! Partly also with roof and heat lamp for colder or rainy days. Perfect for breakfast and relax in the evening with a view even with not the best weather. Apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room with integrated kitchen and one bathroom. Located close to Ålesund centre - 3 minutes by car and 20 minutes walking. Aksla hiking area just outside apartment. Free parking. Double beds in each bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with all you need.

Fantastic place to stay and relax. Beautiful view of the fjord and mountains. The apartment is located on the sunny slope of Aksla mountain, in a quiet area, with access to the garden, close to the forest, 15 minutes to Fjellstua viewpoint, 20 minutes from the city center. Fully equipped kitchen. New and clean bathroom with washing machine and dryer. It is possible to add a cot and a baby chair for a child upon agreement with the owner. Free parking on the street.

Sentral og rolig studioleilighet i Ålesund

Rolig, liten studioleilighet med sentral beliggenhet. Kort vei til det meste i Ålesund. 140 sovesofa. Utvask, sengetøy og håndklær inkludert. Gratis parkering 10 minutters gåtur fra leiligheten. Eller vanlig gateparkering i sentrum Nærmeste gateparkering er fire minutters gåtur fra leiligheten. Dette er gratis før klokken åtte på morningen og etter klokken fire på ettermiddagen, samt lørdag og søndag. Dagligvarebutikk fire minutter å gå. Busstopp ett minutt å gå.

Nyoppusset og lys leilighet

Leiligheten ligger i 3.etasje. Den er stilfull, lys og moderne. Mot syd har du en herlig takterasse med gode solforhold og flott sjøutsikt. Kjøkkenet har det du trenger, og i tillegg et vinskap. Stuen er luftig og moderne, med et rundt spisebord plass til fire personer. Hovedsoverommet har en 180seng og tv på veggen. Gjesterommet har en 150seng. På badet finnes det også kombinert vaskemaskin/tørketrommel.

Trollhytta på Nysetra nær fjell og fjord.

Hytte ledig for leie fra August 2021. Dette spesielle stedet ligger i nærheten av alt, noe som gjør det enkelt å planlegge besøket. Her kan du oppleve mange fine fjellturer som for eks Giskemonibba, Lebergsfjellet , Steingarsvatnet, Måselia, Nyseternakken. Det ligger nært Ålesund, Molde og Geiranger for å kunne utforske dagsturer.
