Nice beatiful studio 30sqm in the 1 floor in my old private town house built in 1905. Walking distance to the famous Ålesund City center with its jugend style arcitekture and the viewpoint Aksla. A must for all tourists. 3 min with the bus to the harbour and city center. 10 minutes walk to the seaside where you could take a swim at the beach or go for fishing. Bus stop just outside the house. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer in the basement. Close to the NTNU.

Store plener med trampoline og muligheter for andre aktiviteter for store og små. Etter avtale kan det leies båt og fiskeutstyr. Soverom 1: Dobbeltseng 180x200 cm Soverom 2: To senger på 90 cm Soverom 3: 1 seng 120 cm + 1 seng 90 cm. Dør ut til terrassen Bad 1: ligger i tilknytting til soverom 1.
