The Classy Camp

The Camp is a one bedroom one bath neatly located on 6 acres in south grant parish 9 miles from Louisiana College in Pineville La. The Camp hosts a beautiful picturesque view of a one acre pond from the back porch. Please watch your children the pond is deep. The Camp sleeps 6. 1queen size bed 1bunk bed 1 pull out sofa. This house is very clean. Fishing will be available soon. This cozy cottage also has central heat and air, washer and dryer, coffee pot stove microwave. Families are welcome.

Klos Kabin On Kincaid Lake, in Kisatchie Forest

Modern Contemporary Lake House in the Kisatchie Nation Forest. House over looks lake and has access to boathouse and boats. Great Fishing and hunting. Relax on the deck. This two story smart home has extravagant bathrooms. Kitchen fully equipped and has double ovens and double dishwashers. It is a beautiful Lake house with lots of trees. Klos Kabin is equipped with a Ring Doorbell, located outside the front entry, facing the street. There are no cameras inside the house. No parties allowed.

A peaceful country lake house with stunning views, featuring rustic charm and modern amenities. The cozy interior boasts a spacious kitchen, comfortable living area, and soft beds with large lake-facing windows. Outside, a large BBQ pit, picnic area, and games like cornhole create a fun atmosphere. The dock offers easy lake access for paddleboarding, fishing, and canoeing. The water invites evening gatherings under the stars, making it the perfect retreat for relaxation and family bonding.

Iatt Lake Cabins and Kayaks Fish House

360 sq ft house on the lake. Full queen bedroom. Sleeps 4. Full bathroom with a jetted tub and shower. Full Kitchen. Great porch. Pets are allowed for a $50 non-refundable fee. Pets must be kenneled if left inside alone, on a leash at all times when outside and please pick up after your pets. Kayak and paddle boat rentals including life jackets and paddles available. Kayak rental - $35/day each or $60/2 days each. Paddleboat, pirogue or tandem kayak rental - $45/day or $70/2 days.

Enjoy bream fishing off the dock , bbqing under the covered patio, standing by one of 2 outdoor fire pits cooking s’mores with the kids or just watching the flames roll. This 3 bedroom/3bath mobile home is clean and ready for a family or small group to enjoy a weekend getaway from the real world. We use this place as our “summer home” though it’s just minutes from our residence. We treat cotile as a big swimming pool and love entertaining family and friends here and just getting away .
