This boutique tiny home is situated in the picturesque Upper Valley of Vermont. The nearly 50 acres of private land is equal parts woods and water. You will wake to the mooing of dairy cows. Have your coffee on the porch while watching birds dive for their breakfast on the pond. Inside you will find every modern amenity. A fully appointed chef's kitchen. A living area filled with comfy furnishings and a cozy fireplace. Upstairs is a queen bedroom with an ensuite double showered bathroom. Heaven!

Enjoy peace & privacy on 1+ acres; the cabin is set back from the road and surrounded by yard, gardens, & tall trees. The Round House

~Experience The Round House. This unique 12 sided, 2 bedroom, 1 bath wooded home is nestled above the lake like a tree house with beautiful views of the crystal clear lake and mountains. Sit and enjoy the view on the wraparound deck. The patio has a fire pit and grill, perfect for a summer night. Limited access is available for kayak launch across the street or visit two town beaches within 1 mile of the house. Shackett store is just steps away serving fresh donuts and ice cream daily!

A real cabin in the North Woods secluded, private, and surrounded by open sky and sweeping mountain views that remind you why you came. This log-style retreat sits deep in the woods above Tamworth, fully equipped for comfort without sacrificing the rugged feel. Hike local trails, stargaze in near-zero light pollution, or sit by the fire pit with the mountains in front of you. The optional wood-fired sauna steps from the door is the perfect end to the day. Sauna available as a one-time add-on.

On top of the trees, overlooking the Sugar River in the quaint town of Newport, NH you will find plenty of year round activities including swimming, floating, fishing on the beautiful, clear Sugar River, right outside the back door. You will find the treehouse sits up in between 2 beautiful northern hemlocks and is fully equipped inside.

Direct Waterfront A-Frame, Close to 3 Ski Areas!

My direct waterfront, year-round A-Frame cabin is 30 min to Mount Sunapee, 20 min to Crotched, and 15 min to Pat's Peak! It’s located on a small 32-acre pond near Franklin Pierce Lake with over 100 feet of waterfront. There is a 6 foot main dock to load kayaks, and a small fishing dock off to the side. The fishing on our pond gets rave reviews! The property sits on 1/3 of an acre, on a sloped hill. It's located between Keene and Concord, and nearby many great hiking and snowmobile trails

Come relax, unwind and enjoy the year round beauty and fun at our cabin on Perkins Pond! Many activities to enjoy with each season.. Kayak, canoe, fish and swim or float, nap on the hammock in summer months.. Walk, hike and enjoy the awe of Fall color.. Snowshoe, skate, ice fish, cross country ski on the frozen pond during winter and enjoy downhill at Mt Sunapee just 8 min away or just relax by the wood stove!!
