Adorable country guesthouse on Graham Lake

Enjoy the countryside on 15 acres of woods backing on to Graham Lake. Tucked away from the road, our guesthouse is family and pet friendly. The bathroom is newly renovated. Outdoors it boasts a lovely campfire area, a patio table and a large grass yard. Enjoy our gardens in the summer and our laying hens year-round. Take a 5 min stroll down a wooded path to the lakefront where you will find another campfire pit, a dock, canoe, kayak and SUP to use and plenty of space for activities year-round.

New construction home designed specifically with the thought of guests in mind overlooking the Saint Lawrence River. Enjoy a memorable fall or holiday getaway to this waterfront oasis. Highlighting this home is a large master bedroom overlooking numerous islands speckled throughout the expansive water view. Outdoor fire pit and grilling area will be set up for the fall season. Welcome to the gateway of the world! Located in the beautiful Thousand Islands and a 3 minute drive downtown Gananouqe and a 20 minute drive to downtown Kingston, you are fully surrounded by the beautiful St Lawrence River. This cottage is perfectly located for you and your friends and family to enjoy. With its extra large windows this luxury but homey cottage was designed for star gazing and watching the sunset from the comfort off the living room or its beautiful 10 foot kitchen island.

Smugglers Getaway on the St. Lawrence River

Enjoy your privacy in this waterfront cabin in the historic Smugglers Cove on the St. Lawrence River in the heart of the 1000 Islands. You'll have use of the entire cabin with fantastic River views from your own patio. Conveniently located off of the 1000 Islands Parkway, one of the most beautiful scenic drives in North America, guests may enjoy walking, hiking and cycling the paved and scenic 37 km Waterfront Trail. You're welcome to arrive by boat or car; private entrance to your cabin.

Peaceful Getaway

Kick back and relax in this peaceful space. Guest house has two twin beds, private bathroom, microwave, toaster, Keurig, small refrigerator. WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access. End your incredible day fishing off the dock with s’mores at the fire pit. Hunters and fishermen welcome. Plenty of parking so bring your motorized toys! See you soon!

Our cottage is the perfect place to relax with family or a few friends, and enjoy the peace and quiet surrounded by beautiful scenery. It is very private and you will have the entire property and cottage to yourself. it’s the perfect peaceful hideaway. The cottage is warm and cozy with gorgeous views of cranberry lake Our place is Great for nature walks, biking, swimming and enjoying the outdoors. Also for fishing/ice fishing and snowmobiling trails are close by.

Experience the beautiful Adirondacks in a rustic, yet cozy cabin. Dragonfly and River Rat are located on 9 private acres situated along the bank of the Oswegatchie River. There are only 3 cabins on the property, rent the 2 and bring the whole family or just rent 1 and still feel like your secluded. We stay in the 3rd cabin for the season.

Xanadu - Zen waterfront retreat on Upper Rideau

This glorious escape on the Upper Rideau is quiet, relaxing, and incredibly private located back from the water and surrounded by woods. Venture down to the dock to swim, lounge, or watch boats go by. Dogs are welcome but should be leashed by dusk to avoid meeting skunks or porcupines who frequent the area.

Guffin Bay Lake House

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish 2 bedroom lake house. Enjoy some lake therapy with a private dock to fish off, and a private boat launch that you can use to access the lake to go kayaking or paddle boarding. Wi-Fi is included on the premises. A fire pit and outside seating on premises.

Cozy Cottage Rental w/ Beach, Fire Pit & WiFi

This super cute cottage is located on the St. Lawrence River! We are in Spicer Bay which is halfway between Clayton and Fishers Landing, NY. You will have a view of Spicer Bay which is off the main channel. (Unfortunately, you can't see big ships going by).
