The Modern Cottage House is a simple, comfortable listing in a 100 year old cottage close to the French Quarter with the quirks and character of an old house. There are 7 beds with 4 of them being Tempurpedic and two being leather sofa beds. You're a 5 minute Uber from Bourbon St., the French Quarter, Frenchmen St., Whole Foods, & music. Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly cottage. It has been completely updated. This beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bath home sits on a double lot. The back yard is completely fenced and is shaded by beautiful 100 year old oak trees. I also allow guest to bring a pet with a $75 fee. Pet should weigh under 30 pounds. This is an 1850's single shotgun house with one bedroom, one loft space with a queen size bed, and 1 1/2 baths. There is close proximity to the French Quarter, Frenchmen Street, and riverfront streetcar line. Parking is free on the street and a space can usually be found within a block of the house. All dogs (sorry-no cats) must be under 20 pounds and there an additional fee that must be added on .
