Sugar white sand quiet cottage in St. Joe Beach

Located in St. Joe Beach beside Mexico Beach. A short walk or drive to pristine sugar white sand "pet friendly" beach that stretches for miles either way with no condos or tall apartments anywhere to be seen. Plenty of room for boats and trailers on this 1/2 acre. You and your guests share a private entertainment area which converts to a bedroom. A private bedroom is also provided. Bathroom includes a shower. Small kitchen area with mini refrigerator, sink and microwave.

The sunset chaser is located along the beautiful forgotten coast. It has 1 private bedroom with a queen bed, and a bunk space with a full bed, it also has a couch that converts to a full bed. The full bath includes a shower, toilet and sink. The kitchen has all the amenities. Relax and reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Located on a private 1.43 acre lot with a pond. Your only 3 mins from the Intercoastal waterway and 7 mins from the beautiful beaches.

Barefoot Bungalow

This is a newly remodeled ground floor mother-in-law suite located on the beach side of Hwy 98 on the West end of Mexico Beach. The unit has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bathroom, and two built in bunks. Access to the bathroom is inside the bedroom. It also has a small kitchen open to the living area. There is a gas grill, table, umbrella, and lounge chairs for your enjoyment in the enclosed courtyard. You may run into me outside gardening and such. *NOT BEACHFRONT!

Carriage House on the Beach

This is a roomy 500 square foot (46 m2) bright and airy studio with full bath. The beach is just a half-mile away; an easy walk or a very short drive. Attached to a seldom-used two-car garage, it is super quiet, completely private, and very clean. Your hosts are a retired couple who live on-site in a detached residence. English and German spoken. Pets (one dog only) welcome with prior coordination. Late check in is NOT available; we will meet you at the door.

This is a newly remodeled studio apartment in Panama City. It is less then 1 mile to the restaurants in St. Andrews and is 20 mins away from Panama City Beach. It has a queen size bed, 1 bathroom and a small kitchen; great for two people. Everything in the apartment is brand new. It also has a covered patio with furniture for lounging. This is a small and cozy place but has great access to all the activities in the area. Wifi with Amazon Prime is included.

There are restaurants,bars,coffee shops close by. Walk to the bay for a beautiful sunset view or for a morning coffee just a few blocks away.

Eclectic & relaxing Cove studio

Please note the step up to the bathroom and ONE low bed. Some guests have trouble with these! The futon folds down into a twin size bed. If you have one kid (or two small ones) they may be comfy sleeping here. Let me know and I’ll make it up for you before you arrive.
