Simply Sailing-A Cottage In The Trees

Simply Sailing is a quaint one bedroom, one bath cottage that sleeps four, located at Barren River Lake. The home has everything you need for your stay. Basic cooking utensils, a charcoal grill, TV with DVD player with movies and board games are there for the perfect family vacation. We have recently added a smart TV to the bedroom. We do welcome "small" family pets ($75 non-refundable fee) "Free Wi-Fi" We also have a cabin next door that sleeps 4 for larger groups called, Fishy Business.

Peaceful privacy on our 227 acre farm, convenient to Bowling Green, Mammoth Cave, and Barren River Lake. The 900 sq ft loft above our home’s garage has private exterior entrance to the finished modern farmhouse loft with completely separate ductwork and HVAC system. The loft features everything you need to stay at the farm and relax: high end, furnished kitchen to cook meals in & fiber optic internet to work or stream. Adirondack chairs and a propane fire pit make for wonderful stargazing.

Play games, read a book, go fishing or just rest and relax. Located just off of I65 outside the historical little town of Franklin, KY. We are located between Nashville (45min), Bowling Green (35min) and Mammoth Cave (55 min).

"Off the grid" 3 bedroom cottage in Bowling Green

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place or have a romantic getaway. This cottage is very private located on 46 acres with 4 miles of hiking/biking trails and a fishing pond. You may see wildlife on property. It is in close proximity of the Corvette Museum, Lost River Cave, Barren River Lake, Mammoth Cave, and Nashville. You may just decide to stay in and enjoy the view and county side. Great for families and also traveling health care professionals.

You will have access to Guest bedroom, fully stocked kitchen, full private bath, living room, and back porch. Perfect for people passing through for a night or even for a couple of days. Long term stays are possible as well. I also book the entire house, but do not do that when this room is occupied. Upstairs bedroom, upstairs bathroom, and downstairs guest bedroom #2 are the only part(s) of the house that are off limits during your stay.

Modern A-Frame Cabin Near Barren River Lake & Mammoth Cave Relax in this peaceful getaway, just a short drive to Barren River Lake State Park and within easy reach of Mammoth Cave, Bowling Green, Scottsville, and Glasgow. Two bedrooms with queen beds, a game room with an arcade and foosball, and a cozy fire pit for s’mores. A queen air mattress is available upon request. The driveway is paved but steep—use caution in bad weather.
