Stunning views of Ullswater... Very special... Perfect... Well equipped... Spotless and clean... Fantastic host... No picture of our panoramic view can really do justice to The Garden Flat. But we hope those words from our most recent reviews do. The flat is in an elevated 19th century former hunting lodge. The Ullswater Way walking route is at the end of the drive. Down the hill is the Brackenrigg Inn, with its own microbrewery, and Another Place, with lake swimming and spa facilities.

Bright and cheerful ensuite studio flat on the edge of the Lake District National Park. Great views of Helvellyn and High Street. Lake District hikes, cycling or sightseeing within a few minutes. There is a small well equipped kitchen with hob, fridge and microwave for preparing light meals. The local pub is a 10 minute walk and serves excellent food with other good food pubs just down the road. Guests are welcome to share use of our BBQ corner with fabulous view of the mountains.

We offer a riverside apartment with ample off-road parking less than a mile from the centre of Keswick. This spacious accommodation also has a comfortable outdoor living area with gardens overlooking the river Greta. The building itself is a converted 19thC hydro-electric plant, which may lack some exterior elegance but which has recently been internally renovated and furnished in an eclectic style, with modern conveniences complementing quirky but stylish historic furniture.

If you want to be right in the heart of Keswick, perfectly placed to enjoy the town centre, the parks, the lake AND the hills, then this apartment is for you. The flat is on the second floor which gives tremendous views over the rooftops all around with Skiddaw in the front and Hellvelyn and the Scafell Fells in the distance from the kitchen. This is a lovely spacious apartment in a very quiet residential area in central Keswick. There is a parking space for 1 car outside and you can leave the car all week as you're within walking distance of all amenities; shops, restaurants, pubs, lake Derwentwater, hills and mountains etc. It's the perfect place to go out and explore, return and relax, go for a night out in Keswick. Whatever you want to do, it's a great base to relax and explore from.
