Casa Utopía II

This house is a little gem because it still has the traditional charm of Andalucia. The living room has a stove where you can light a fire during the winter. The kitchen is small but you‘ll find everything you need to prepare a nice meal. There is one bedroom with a double-bed and another room with a sofa that can be turned into a double-bed as well. The small bathroom has a shower and outside you‘ll find a beautiful terrace where you can sit and relax. To El Gastor it takes 10min by car.

Two-bedroom finca (sleeping 4) with en-suite bathrooms. For groups of 5 or 6, the Casita sleeps 2 more and can be rented in addition to the main house. Set in 5 acres of orchards and gardens, the farmhouse is divided into two separate semi-detached homes each with its own private entrance . The owner lives in one of these houses some of the time. The only shared area is the swimming pool and it’s surrounding garden. The pool is set away from the house in the larger grounds at 1-2 minute’s walk The owners may use the pool occasionally .There are cats on the property.

Fabulosa casa de pueblo a estrenar con piscina privada situada en una de las viejas calles de El Gastor, Balcón de los Pueblos Blancos de la Sierra de Cádiz. Está prohibido que entren en la casa personas que no sean los huéspedes así como realizar fiestas y ruido que molesten a los vecinos. No está permitido fumar en el interior
