Apartamento de pueblo restaurada en plena sierra Espadan. Dispone de tres habitaciones con cama de matrimonio con baño individual para cada habitación. Tiene cocina, comedor salón con estufa-hogar de bioetanol (adicional 5€ por litro de combustible) y terraza con jardín vallado de 300 metros cuadrados con barbacoa (leña no incluida). Nuestros huéspedes pueden disfrutar de la tranquilidad del parque natural así como de todos sus senderos que están muy bien marcados, y si lo prefieren pueden realizar actividades de aventura por los alrededores. También es un enclave perfecto para los amantes al mountain-bike (nivel medio - alto). Eslida esta rodeada de fuentes naturales de agua de manantial y disponen de paelleros y zonas picnic. Nos encontramos a 10 km de la autovia cv-10 (salida 1), a unos escasos 40 min, de Valencia y 20 min de Castellón. Pese a estar en medio de la montaña, tan solo nos encontramos a 17 km de la playa.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and an open plan small lounge. The property has Wifi. The village is quiet but welcoming, with several restaurants, 2 supermarkets and the traditional bakery, fish shop and butchers. The village open air swimming pool is nearby and costs only 2€ entrance. The village has walking and cycling routes for all ages.

Bei mir ist jeder willkommen. Egal, ob Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende, Familien (mit Kindern) mit oder ohne pelzige Freunde (Haustiere). Ich wünsche mir, dass sich alle Gäste wie zu Hause fühlen. Pinedo ist ein Vorort von Valencia und ruhig gelegen - im Zentrum gibt es allerdings alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Bäckerei, Apotheke, Lebensmittel . Ich bin private Gastgeberin und vermiete nicht zu touristischen Zwecken, im Sinne von gewerblichen, touristischen Angeboten.

Hemos tratado de cuidar varias pequeñas cosas agradables y útiles que nuestros huéspedes pueden necesitar durante su estancia en nuestro apartamento. El apartamento se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie de la estación de metro, desde donde se puede llegar al aeropuerto de Valencia y al centro de la ciudad mediante línea directa. Beautiful apartment 4 km from Valencia historic city center and on the lovely beach of Port Saplaya, also know as Valencia´s "Little Venice". The center of Valencia can be reached by bus (15 mins) or taxi (about 12 euros). The apartment has lovely views of the small port and is quiet but just 1 min from the beach and the many great seafront restaurants of Port Saplaya, which suit all price classes. Large supermarket (Al Campo) 2 minutes walk from apartment. Registered tourist apartment.
