The beach has 2 Paddle Boards, 1 kayak, and 1 clear kayak so you can see what is going on in the Crystal Clear lake. All free to use. We live on the Betsie Valley bike trail and have bikes available to use for free. We are 20 minutes feom Crystal Mountain for snowboarders and Skiers. We have snow shoes to borrow for winter beauty on the frozen Crystal lake. Perfect for families, couples or a group of friends. Our only rule is to ENJOY the beauty of Northern Michigan!

This cottage has been completely remodeled. It is located on a small cove on the shores of Lake Ann. A private dock and lakeshore are available for water fun and relaxation. A fully stocked kitchen is available for food prep and free wifi is provided to allow full streaming and internet access. Electric car owners will appreciate an EV charger located in garage.
