La casa se encuentra dentro de una finca de naranjos, con 10 Hectareas de extensión, completamente cerrada para la tranquilidad y privacidad de sus residentes.

Its geographical location makes it an ideal place for rural tourism with children or the perfect destination to disconnect a bridge or weekend as a couple or in a group, enjoy the natural environment or simply break with the routine.

Welcome to our guesthouse. Living room/dining room, two bedrooms (⚠️ the master bedroom is accessible by crossing the bedroom with two single beds), bathroom, and a kitchen equipped for preparing light meals. Separate access, large shaded terrace just steps from the pool. Carmona is 8 km away, Seville 20 minutes, and Córdoba 1 hour. We exclusively welcome tourists, in a spirit of tranquility and respect for the place.

Hay que destacar zona de jardín con piscina y barbacoa privada y disponible todo el año, que combina a la perfección la visita a la ciudad y sentirse de vacaciones, imprescindible en una ciudad donde prima el sol y la buenas temperaturas. La casa también dispone de un garage privado y subterráneo para varios coches.

Casa moderna en Santiponce, En el final del cásco urbano, junto al recinto de Itálica. Cómoda, espaciosa y acogedora. Buena conexión para ir al cento de Sevilla, a 10 minutos en coche. Zona sin problemas de apacamiento. Parada de autobus a 200metros. Zona muy tranquila, sin ruidos de coches ni otros sonidos de la urbe. Se admiten mascotas, bajo aprobación, informad al anfitrión por favor.
