The apartment is clean and cozy with a private entrance located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The apartment shares a common wall with the main house with doors that separate the space and remained locked. It offers a stocked kitchen, cable tv, dvd player and wifi with a comfortable seating area for reading by the fireplace or watching tv. The bathroom is spacious with an extra large shower. The bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in closet and dresser. Driveway and street parking available.

It has freshly refinished hardwood floors a full and a spotless bath with a combo tub-shower There is a deck which overlooks a spacious lawn and garden. A hot tube is available on request in the back yard as well as a fire pit.
