Palm View Residence B1 is located 1.3 Mile from famous white Alona Beach on Panglao Island/Bohol. Panglao International Airport is 1 Mile away. Tagbilaran Pier is 20 Miles away. Palm View Residence is a quiet, familiar and guarded place 300 meters from the main road. There are some nice restaurants and shops (7-Eleven, 24h) within 800 meters. More restaurants, pubs, banks, ATM's, dive shops, gyms, shops, etc are located at/around Alona Beach. THERE IS NO FOOD TO BUY IN THE RESORT ITSELF!

Entire House w/ Pool Near Alona

A three bedroom two bathroom house on a gated lot shared by two other houses in a quiet neighborhood. The bedrooms are all air conditioned and have queen size beds. 55 inch curved television with Netflix. There is a shared 15 meter pool. The house is a fifteen minute walk to Alona Beach. There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance of the house. We offer free tuktuk rides to and from Alona Beach from 10am to 9pm. This also depends upon the availability of the driver.
