The house is located in town. Less than a 5-minute stroll to the lake passing a coffee and ice cream shop, a consignment shop, an art gallery, etc. This is a great place to stay for the Harbor Town Weekend in September. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cottage in Posen near Alpena and Lake Huron. The cabin sits on a private 3 acre lake across from our farmhouse.. You are free to roam our 33 acres of farmland and forests. It literally is a dream and the air is so fresh. There is a fire pit for nightly fires while you watch for shooting stars. Bring your kayaks and paddle boards for daytime activities on the lake, including swimming.

Latitudes Tavern Apartment

A premium spot in downtown Alpena. The center of downtown is two blocks down the road at 2nd Avenue and Chisholm St. We are located in a premium spot to find dinner, entertainment, shopping and most importantly nightlife. The space is located above a bar. So...it can be a little noisy for some. But if you are ok with some noise or don't normally turn in until later in the evening, we are for you.
