Centrally located in the beautiful and vibrant Place Massena, this charming apartment (5th floor with lift) with A/C is a real treat for those wanting proximity to the main attractions. This beautiful and spacious apartment has great views of Place Massena from the balconies. The bedroom has a double bed and 2 wardrobes. The kitchen is fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, blender, oven, a 4-plate electric hob, a real Italian cafetière and an American coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower, a sink unit and a bidet. Earplugs, toothpaste and hairdryer are available. There is a separate WC. The big living room includes a squared table for 4 people, a TV, radio and a sofa bed for 2 people. Please note that a door links the bedroom to the living room where two additional people can sleep. You will have plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars at walking distance (île pietonne, Avenue Jean Médecin, vieux Nice). The apartment is a few minutes walk from the beaches (Promenade des Anglais), the Old Town, the tram and the buses to explore Monaco and Cannes. Linen and towels are included in the price. Free guides and maps are available, as well as books in different languages. I will be glad to help you with everything you could need; I want you to feel like staying at a friend's house. You will have a scale to avoid bad surprises when you weight your luggage at the airport! Umbrellas for rainy days and everything for the beach. Parking in Nice is difficult to find, especially during the summer, but I can help you finding the best solution. There is a private underground car park under Place Massena.

Maisonnette entre Monaco et Menton au dessus du site Eileen Grey-Le Corbusier. Accès uniquement à pied par un sentier plein de marches. Mer et plage à vos pieds. Vue à 180° sur la mer Si vous aimez la nature, le calme vous serez bien dans notre jardin méditerranéen. Si vous cherchez l'insolite, le dépaysement c'est là. On peut venir par le train, la gare en bas de la maison, en voiture, la route au dessus, là où on les stationne. Toilettes sèches Très proche des parapentes du Mt Gros. RCM

Mon gîte à Pélasque ***

Appartement climatisé à 45 minutes de l'aéroport de Nice et de la gare Saint Augustin (accessible par la ligne de bus 90), dans la vallée de la Vésubie, aux portes du parc national du Mercantour, de la RGA, avec de nombreuses activités de plein air et sites d'intérêt à proximité. Il y a un Carrefour Market ouvert 7/7 et station service 24/24 à 10 minutes du logement en voiture. Le premier restaurant est au centre du village à 5 minutes en voiture, je peux vous y réserver une table.

Il s'agit d'une petite maison indépendante dans un environnement de campagne avec vue sur la mer au lointain (plusieurs espaces extérieurs) Nous habitons une maison à côté mais nous sommes très discrets. Un espace cuisine est à votre disposition au rdc de la maisonnette en plus du coin petit déjeuner à l'étage où vous trouverez de quoi manger et boire pour deux matins Nous connaissons bien la région et pouvons vous conseiller pour des balades, baignades en rivière, lac et mer...

Mon logement se situe au rez de chaussée d'une maison, sur deux niveaux, au centre du village .Plein sud, sans vis à vis, Parkings aux alentours. Le village vous ouvre ses randonnées sur le Mercantour. Chiens acceptés, prévenir. Dîners sur demande, servis sur place. Tout est compris : draps, serviettes, linge, et petit déjeuner à disposition le premier jour. Règlement intérieur, Etat des lieux au départ. Clefs remises par moi même . Air pur et Nature : Osez l'Aventure !

My accommodation is close to Monaco (with all its great restaurants and attractions, five minutes walk from the Stadium) and the beautiful beaches of Cap d'Ail, with a lot of family-friendly activities such as gorgeous walks by the sea, sailing, windsurfing and paddle boarding. The apartment has an exceptional view and you will appreciate it for comfort and cleanliness. It's perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and families (with children).
