Private suite in a daylight basement, sleeps 1-6 people. Entrance to the suite is through the garage and no stairs. Our neighborhood is quite and full of large trees & friendly people. We are located close to trails, a playground, dog parks, supermarkets & great restaurants. We are 3 miles from I-75 and 6 miles from Truist Park, the Battery, Dobbins ARB, Lockeed-Martin, & the Galleria. Downtown Atlanta is about 10-15 miles south. This cottage is the original home we built and lived in when we bought the property. It was our home for 10 years before we built the larger main house for our growing family which is located in front of the guesthouse. This farm has been our home for 30 years. So if you love a “home environment” and not the hotel experience for your stay this peaceful horse farm with nature all around could be just the right choice. The farm is convenient to Canton, Woodstock and Alpharetta.

There is also a laundry room that doubles as a broom closet, equipped with a washer and drier.

Welcome to Treetop Guesthouse, a comfortable, spacious, light-filled apartment. Conveniently located between Emory/CDC and downtown Decatur/MARTA station. Renovated in 2017 with new hardwood floors, new appliances, including washer/dryer & smart TV, and new or lovingly restored furniture. Off-street parking. Probably most comfortable for one or two guests or a family with up to four people, especially if two are small. Babies are welcome, and a Pac-and-Play is available.
