Enjoy well deserved retreat in a cosy guesthouse located in a safe, friendly and quiet Alphington, in inner city Melbourne, 7km northeast of city centre. It has a private entrance and outdoor sitting area. The Alphington train station and buses to the city are all within 5-minute walk. Local market is on every Sunday by the Alphington station. Patricia's Place - cosy, quirky, vintage shopfront

If you're looking for 5 star luxury, and marble bathrooms...then 'Patricia' isn't the place for you! What you will love is the welcoming and inviting spaces. My mum 'Patricia' was pretty quirky, and so is this whimsical place. 100 years old, and an Alphington institution...this adorable shopfront is one of the areas most loved and iconic buildings. The interior is warm and spacious, with plenty of room to rest or work, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
