Situata a breve distanza dalle maestose Dolomiti, a soli 8 km da Belluno. La struttura si trova in prossimità dei rinomati comprensori sciistici di Alleghe e del Monte Civetta, offrendo inoltre accesso a sentieri escursionistici e percorsi di mountain bike. Tutte le comodità sono facilmente raggiungibili in pochi minuti d’auto.

It boasts a leafy private garden at the back. We can have 2 extra guests (total 8). Please ask us directly It is very easy to reach our house, 5 minute walk from the train station and 10 from the bus and car parking in Piazzale Roma. It is 3 minute walk from Riva di Biasio and 5 from S. Tomà waterbus stops.

Composé d'une petite entrée donnant sur une salle de bain spacieuse , un escalier donne sur le séjour, suivi d'une chambre voûtée. Un second escalier mène à la cuisine lumineuse avec accès aux terrasses.

La spiaggia più vicina è raggiungibile a 6 minuti di cammino, minimarket a 2,bar ristorante piscina, posta,carabinieri,farmacia,medici e fermate bus a 3 minuti di cammino. L'Imbarcadero e il bellissimo lungolago del borgo si trovano a 15/20 minuti di cammino.
