Casa Vallivell is located in Cervoles, a sunny, medieval village at 1.200m altitude, close to ‘Parque Nacional de Aigüestortes i Sant Maurici' The house features large windows with stunning views towards the south foothills of the pre pyrinees and was built with natural materials as an eco-friendly construction. The perfect place to escape a few days from hectic city life, in solitude or company, to be in contact with nature, read, study , meditate, paint or explore the beauty of the mountains.

Located outside a small, quiet hamlet (altitude 800 metres) at the end of a winding road, the south-facing barn enjoys panoramic views of the mountains, and is surrounded by fields and woods - with no vis-à-vis! Entirely renovated using ecological materials, the gîte retains all the charm and authenticity of a Pyrenean dwelling, but with all the comfort of a purpose-built gite. The barn caters to everybody – couples, solos, families with children, and walkers with their four-legged friends.

Gaudeix amb la parella o la família de la petita caseta " Escola de Pallerols" . La casa és una antiga escola envoltada de paratge natural i rutes senyalitzades amb vistes immillorables. Podreu gaudir també en època de fred de bones estones al costat de la llar de foc ( la llenya us la deixem nosaltres) La casa te una capacitat de fins a 4 persones. Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

Can Comella

Can Comella està integrada en el teixit urbà del poble de Gavarra, un poble que a mitjans del S XX es va vincular al municipi de Coll de Nargó. Fins a principis del segle passat la casa estava habitada. Tot i les seves reduïdes dimensions, els elements constructius que conformen l'estructura d'aquest edifici són els originals, circumstància que converteix Can Comella en un exemple valuòs de l'arquitectura tradicional de la zona.
