Speedy WiFi lets you work away from home or stream movies on your device. Stay at the Cottage and relax or explore the many attractions in our area. The Cottage on Mainhart Street, Grass Valley

This restored vintage cottage is WALKING distance to historic downtown Grass Valley and all local landmarks. Enjoy a comfy pillow-top queen bed, private garden space for relaxing, and the quiet neighborhood that's perfect for a stroll. Disclaimer! Repairs are in progress on the main house adjacent to the Cottage after a large tree fell on the property. Weekdays during good weather our 2 guys will be working and may enter the yard. Expect some intermittent noise. Message me for details!

Three Ponds

No cleaning fee! Private suite .Fish our ponds and enjoy 7 acres of serenity @ play our 9 hole discgolf! 5 minutes to downtown Grass Valley. One hour to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe, 1 hour to Sacramento. Our house has been divided into two! We will be on one side of the house with a door separating us from the guest area. Guest area has separate entrance, it's own living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, laundry area. Pet friendly. If you have pet allergies don't be book.

Zen Nature Hermitage

8 Min Drive to downtown Nevada City, we're close by but feels remote! Relax in a comfy QUEEN BED, refined 2nd floor studio apartment (& Asian antiques showroom), with 3/4 bath & kitchenette. Abundant park-like Nature completes this sweet retreat location. Traditional Japanese food & Asian Tea Ceremony options (on-site tea house) adds to a cultural experience in this Sanctuary setting. Very quiet & private, **DIGITAL FREE no Wifi, limited cell reception. NO DOGS or pets, thank you!

Sugarloaf Manzanita Studio

Sugarloaf Manzanita Studio is tucked into the slope of Sugarloaf Mountain, overlooking the 7 hills of Nevada City. It is a 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk to downtown restaurants, arts, and nightlife. Despite its proximity, you will feel like you are in the country with pastoral views, local parks, and a quiet neighborhood. You will share the house with a totally separate apartment on the upper level. The Manzanita Studio is great for rest, relaxation, and being close to nature.

Beautiful Victorian in Historic Downtown

This immaculate Victorian is just a 5 minute walk to the heart of historic downtown Nevada City and Broad Street. Walk at your leisure to restaurants, festivals, farmers markets, breweries, the Miners Foundry and so much more, and never have to step in a car! You’ll love this destination because of the Victorian charm, great porch overlooking the street, privacy, airy high ceilings, the luxurious bed, and the well stocked kitchen. Great for couples, and solo adventurers.

The Family Equine-Cottage, horse accommodations

An 800+/- sq ft cottage with vaulted ceilings, 1 bed/ 1 bath (walk in shower). Full kitchen, Roku, TV, WiFi, back up generator, queen sleep number bed, adjustable head/foot base. Twin roll away bed available upon request (additional fee). Using the couches as a bed is not permitted and a fee will be assessed. Separate, dedicated fenced yard. All guests must be registered to be on property. No smoking. No parties, nor guests of guests, without prior approval of host.

Romantic Couples Get-Away Mid-Century Cottage

Pine antiques and floor, mid-century modern, marble bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Open kitchen and dining room. Farm tables on 2 decks in summer and 3 french doors. Orchard and 100-year old olive trees. Private gated entrance and 2-acre property fully fenced. Locally made fresh croissants. Cafe Collage, operates Thursday-Sunday from 5-8 PM, on property for take-out and private events, in a separate building. Monday-Wednesday you have the property to yourself.

Cozy cabin-like studio above freestanding garage

This studio apartment is set in a quiet neighborhood within a few minutes drive from downtown Nevada City, the scenic Yuba River, and Scott's Flat Lake. It is also close to some of California's best mountain bike trails. It is very private with beautiful scenery and a park-like area in the front.
