The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 25 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

För dig som både vill ta sköna skogspromenader, bada, ha ett aktivt friluftsliv med löpning, cykel, sup, längdskidor m m samt ha nära till Stockholms City för shopping o barer. Stugan har utsikt mot skog, trädgård och värdens hus, det finns en badsjö 100 m bort, 5 min till buss mot Sthlm (ca 20 min färd) och 15 min till matvaruaffär, pizzeria o kiosk. Hellasgårdens långa löp- och skidspår finns på gångavstånd o man tar både bil o buss snabbt för att använda hela deras frisksportsanläggning.

Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Hus på sjötomt, på ö med bro, färja, nära city

Perfekt hus (15m2) på sjötomt för dig som jobbar, studerar i Stockholm city eller norr om stan, älskar natur, lugn och skärgårdsliv. Huset ligger på den bilfria ön Tranholmen i Danderyd, en ö med bro nu (from 1 november-15 april) och SL-färja (8 min) ToR tunnelbanan "Ropsten". Huset ligger nära stan, universitetet, KTH, Karolinska, Kista, Solna, Sundbyberg, Täby, Lidingö. Ön är 3 km i omkrets, har 200 hushåll, 400 invånare. Roddbåt finns att låna för att ro övers sundet

Efter ett av alla möjliga äventyr i naturreservatet, en paddel-, fiske- eller skridskotur på sjön, eller en sväng in till city kan du komma hem till detta mysiga lilla hus och njuta av sjöutsikten och lugnet. Kanske låter du stressen rinna av i bastun eller hängmattan följt av ett dopp eller en skön utedusch. Här är du nära naturen och stan på samma gång.
