It has a spacious, open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining room with a separate bedroom (with king sized bed) and large walk-in wardrobe/dressing table. It also has it's own bathroom with double shower enclosure, toilet and sink. Parking spaces for 2 cars.

Parking is available directly in front of the property. The bungalow is also a 15 minute drive to Liverpool’s John Lennon Airport and 25 minutes to Manchester Airport.

The property is newly built and offers all modern amenities for a relaxing stay. The Annexe is located just 1 min walk to the historical Helsby Station offering a perfect location to visit Chester, Liverpool and Manchester by rail. Locally the Historical Market town of Frodsham is a 5 min train journey away and offers a selection of pubs, restaurants and shops.

The cottage is brimming with character and a perfect base for a family getaway with plenty of walks on your doorstep. The Annexe

The Annexe is a great self-contained apartment available for short breaks and holidays, in a former sandstone quarry in the gardens of our home . Situated in the beautiful Cheshire countryside you can also easily get to the historic city of Chester, just 6 miles away. It has an upstairs double bedroom but can sleep up to 4 with an easy pull-out sofa bed downstairs. Kitchen equipped with cooker , hob and fridge with a dining table and four chairs. Beautiful, Grade II listed barn conversion located in the grounds of Clematis Cottage, where the owners live. Conveniently set in the village of Alvanley, its location offers a quiet and relaxing holiday with many attractions within easy distance including the cities of Chester & Liverpool. Lots a walks & cycle rides available locally along with a fabulous country pub within walking distance. Also suitable for people working in the area. Private secure garden, and ground floor facilities.

The Holt Bolt Hole

We have a lovely house in the countryside in Cheshire. Our Airbnb is The Bolthole.This is separated from the main house via an internal locking door. For you is a front door with key safe, lounge, comfy sofas, tv, log burner, 2 double bedrooms one with a tv, and bathroom with shower. Kitchen area with airfryer,kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge the only thing we don’t have is a kitchen sink but we wash up for you! Workspace and guest wifi access available. Outdoor seating available. :-) x
