Quiet, Cozy Guesthouse with privacy

Whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or even as a family our peaceful guest house is ready for your stay. The house, located in the backyard of our main residence, is approx 600 sqft with a bedroom, living room and a full kitchen with a small fridge. The area is fully fenced in for privacy along with a patio and furniture. We are less than 10 minutes from SH 288, 45 min from the beaches, 30 min from Texas Medical Center, 15 min from Pearland Town Center, 20 min from SkyDive Spaceland.

Private and quiet self contained hotel style Suite located at the rear of the building including deck space with the gulf right across the street (not visible from the suite). Located in the heart of the seawall entertainment district, you’re walking distance to bars, restaurants and shopping. This space is ideal for a couple but can accommodate up to 4. 1 dog under 45 lbs allowed with pre-approval & the dog takes the place of a person. Riverside Manor is a peaceful retreat outside of Houston, just 15 min from NASA and Galveston island. This self enclosed Guest suite has a private entrance, bathroom and kitchenette (no full stove). Exit through the kitchenette straight down to the river, where you can relax around the fire pit, fish in the Bayou or paddle a kayak (or 3). Property is raised up amongst the trees, surrounded by nature and peace. Can sleep 4 but best suited for one couple, families or 3 close friends.

Winding creek through the property, with chickens and two horses grazing in the pasture. Lots of sheep, pigs, and donkeys next door. Property has private swimming pool for your enjoyment.

You’ll love taking walks in the Christmas tree fields and drinking coffee on the porch overlooking the pond. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, bird watchers, writers, and visitors who don't want to stay in a hotel. We're just 23 miles from the Texas Medical Center. Puppy dogs are welcome here!
