This cozy apartment is excellently located within the fishing village of Alvor, only about 500m (10 min walk) to the nearby beach, restaurants and supermarkets. This apartment boasts one large room/living room, one kitchen with fridge and oven, one TV screen and one bathroom with shower. In addition to this, you may enjoy a pleasant balcony and make use of the building's swimming pool, garden and car parking space. Vila da Praia is a private condominium perfectly located between the beach and the centre of Alvor (5 minute walk each way). The compound has beautifully tended gardens, two swimming pools (one for adults and one for small children) and lots of space to relax and play. Outside of the compound there are all sorts of services available within a short walk ( bars and restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, laundry, hairdresser, ATM, grocery shop)

Restored in 2019 using traditional methods combined with modern comfort. 80m2 plus 150m2 outside patio with a private swimming pool, a pergola and barbecue to enjoy the breakfast, lunches and dinners outdoors. Free WIFI and Cable TV. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms.
