Located on the 3rd floor (walk up) in the Timberline Building, condo is very spacious and in walking distance to the Alyeska resort and several great restaurants and shops. Hiking, biking, or skiing are right outside the front door! The building is typically very quiet, making it great for families or travelers seeking a peaceful reprieve in the great little town of Girdwood. The space is ideal for 1-3 people but can accommodate 4. We hope you enjoy your Girdwood adventure as much as we do!

Ideal for Alaskan adventures - skiing in winter and hiking/glacier/wildlife sightseeing in the summer. A-Chalet welcomes you as you explore the beauty of Alaska!

Studio condo at the base of Alyeska. Wake up and walk downstairs to enjoy a delicious Bake Shop breakfast. Spend an adventurous day on the mountain or take a relaxing stroll through the small town of Girdwood. End the day with a drink and appetizer at the Sitzmark while listening to fun, local music. The murphy bed sleeps two adults. The hideaway bed in the couch can be used if need be, but please confirm with us beforehand. We cherish time at our condo and hope you love it as well!

Warm and cozy ski themed home with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, central to everything in Gird! Enjoy the 6 person hot tub, 6 person cedar sauna and fire pit all year long. The home is a short walk to numerous restaurants, including the Double Musky (voted #1 rest in AK), the town square and the Girdwood Brewery! The home has a Weber BBQ, board games, cornhole, a record player with lots of vinyl from the 70’s and 80’s, etc. and a 75” TV with blankets to curl up with.

Awesome Girdwood cabin near lifts, hiking, brewery

You will love this quiet cabin surrounded by trees. It’s a great base to explore all that this part of Alaska has to offer. Only 3/4 mile to Alyeska ski resort. Tons of hiking and biking nearby. A short drive will take you to Anchorage, Turnagain Arm, Whittier, or Portage Glacier. Seward is close enough for a day trip for a fishing charter, a wildlife cruise, or a hike at Exit Glacier. After each day’s adventures, come home to this warm and inviting space.

Carriage House's Cozy Timberframe Cottage-Tecumseh

"Tecumseh's Stall" is named after the beautiful steel grey Percheron draft horse that once lived on property. This is one of 4 cottage/apartments in a small Boutique property "Carriage House Accommodations" This luxury, craftsman style cottage is 350 sq. ft. with a King bed in the bedroom, full bath, double leather futon, smart TV and kitchenette. All guests have year-round access to a timber frame gazebo and hot tub, and other seasonal amenities.

A-frame cabin with open floor layout (no private bedrooms) near the base of Alyeska Ski Resort. The house is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of many Girdwood attractions. Easy access to hiking trails, the ski resort, many nearby restaurants, and the Girdwood Brewing Company. Pets allowed on approval. There is no Wi-Fi on the property, but there is cell coverage.

This stylish and newly renovated 500 square foot cabin is located just 0.2 miles from Alyeska's Daylodge! Walk to Chair 4, and at the end of the day, ski back to the cabin and curl up in front of the huge gas fireplace, or enjoy a well deserved soak in our brand new hot tub.
