This quiet and discreet property lies on a single private large land plot of 2.300 m2, situated in the prestigious “Aristotle University of Thessaloniki Teaching Staff’s Summer Resort” (in Greek «Οικισμός Καθηγητών Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης»), in Vourvourou (Sithonia Peninsula), Halkidiki. Distance from Thessaloniki downtown is 120 km (appx. 90΄ drive). It has undergone complete refurbishment and renovation in 2022. Also available for season or yearlong renting upon request.

It offers guests the opportunity to relax in peaceful surroundings whilst enjoying the wonderful turquoise waters of the area. The place is also recommended for sports activities such as hiking and trekking. It has a wonderful view to Mount Athos. Our house is suitable for families with children and all adult stays. This modern Loft is located in front of the beach and offers stunning sea view from its private balcony. The interior (renovated in 2022) features contemporary design and allows for plenty of sun light. The Loft area is 45sqm and consists of a living room, a dining area with fully equipped kitchen with appliances, private bathroom and a bedroom area. The location allows easy access to the beautiful beaches of the area, as well as to a variety of restaurants and shops.
