Fabulous location, fully updated by an interior designer and her husband, this cottage has a charm and history as the former headquarters of the Long Island Ocelot Club, est. 1957. Ten-minute walk to the shops and dining of Amagansett Square or to Balsam Farms. Twenty-minute walk to Indian Wells beach - or ride there on one of our bicycles. Enjoy a terrific day at the ocean or evening walk on the beach - Main Beach is only 1 mile from the house-just a short walk or bike ride! If you prefer spending time at home, then relaxing by the pool and enjoying the manicured yard is the perfect way to spend the day! (The pool closes in Mid October)

Waterfront House on Fort Pond, MTK

Spacious house right on Fort Pond with relaxed bohemian vibe. Enjoy the open kitchen, reclaimed wood beams, and hand crafted furniture. Access directly to the water from the back yard. There are two other cottages that are two bedrooms each on property as well. We do live on the property full time and enjoy making our space a safe and clean environment.
