Din familie vil være tæt på alt, når I bor i denne centralt beliggende bolig. Beliggende på stille villavej med kun 4 min. gang til metro - som på bare 12 min tager jer til Kbh k, 4 min. gang til indkøb og Fields, 10 min. gang til naturskønne Amager Fælled. House with private garden close to beach and city. Perfect for familys traveling with kids. There are busses right outside the house which will take you to all tourist attractions within 20 minutes. 20 minutes to the airport with bus. 3 bedrooms and one office (madras in floor). The garden has a playhouse, swings and trampolin for the kids. There is a wilderness bath in the garden as well. in the neighborhood there is a public indoor pool and a large public library with play area.

Fantastisk mulighed for a hygge sig både inde og ude med hele familien. Udearealet består af en stor terrasse, sofaarrangement, spisebord, loungemøbler, træningsrum og swimmingpool + spa. Swimmingpoolen er opvarmet til 28 grader og spaen 38, så uanset vejret, så kan man hygge i timevis. Indenfor er der god plads til at spille, hygge eller se en god film i det store åbne køkken- og stueområde. Tre værelser i stueplan og derudover værelse + krearum og udklædningsområde i underetagen.

Luxurious 168m2 family friendly apartment with beautiful Copenhagen view. 2 bath rooms and 2 balconies. Unique central placement: 15 min walk to the city town hall & to Tivoli. The harbour bus has a stop 5 min from the apartment, the metro station (Islands Brygge) is 10 min. walk away. You can swim in the harbour just outside the window and there is also a really nice beach also just 5 min walk away. Best possible area when visiting Copenhagen.
