Modern waterfront houseboat in prime central Copenhagen. Large windows and a spacious sliding door open directly to the water, creating a bright and calm living space. The houseboat is located in an exclusive waterfront area next to the Opera House and the Opera Park, with convenient access to the public transport, grocery store, city centre, restaurants, and cultural attractions. Optional services such as airport transfers and private chauffeur transportation are available upon request.

Astrid's garden house - Green oasis 15 min to CPH

Charming small cottage of 20 sqm in closed garden with lots of roses; 7 min walk from Vangede Station. The house is new and built like an old train wagon. There is a large sleeping area, dining table with two chairs, small kitchen with two induction hobs and a small toilet. Direct access to the garden via large double doors. Exit to small undisturbed west facing terrace with afternoon sun. Furthermore, access to a nice modern bathroom in the main house via separate entrance from the basement.

25 m2 rent, pænt og hyggeligt anneks med alle faciliteter. Dobbeltseng (180x200), 2 stole, bord, skab, nyt køkken med ovn, komfur, elkedel, kaffemaskine og vaskemaskine. Helt nyrenoveret badeværelse med bruser, toilet og håndvask. Huset ligger på en 2000 m2 grund, med privat afstand til hovedhuset og med skoven i baghaven. Der er 700 meter til en fantastisk badesø, som er en af Danmarks reneste søer. Det tager ca. 30 min. at komme til København. Børn er velkomne. Vi har babyseng og højstol.

Her går vi meget op i rengøring. Hyggeligt et rums anneks på omkring 20km2. To dobbeltsenge, de kan laves til to sofaer. Lille hygge sofa. Tv. Mindre køkken til enkel madlavning. Mini ovn, mikroovn, koge kande, køleskab og køkken ting. Dyner og puder med sengetøj. Badeværelse og mindre gang til tøj og sko. Der er et romantisk varmt ude bad. Huset ligger lige ved bus 35 til lufthavnen. Det ligger kun fem minutter fra Idyllisk fiskerby med gamle gule huse og havn. Fin strand og badeanstalt.

Idylisk land anneks, med udsigt til skov og eng

Rustic and beautiful newly renovated soulful annex, and an idyllic view over field and meadow. Fall asleep to the song of the nightingale, and wake up to pheasants and deer. The annex is surrounded by nature, with plenty of options for nature walks, past the neighboring sheep and beautiful grazing horses on the nearby grasscovered hills. Come home from your walk, and cook in the kitchen in the annex, and enjoy your meal in the included small garden area, watching the sunset and nightfall.

Dejligt annex med køkken, bad samt lukket have

I vågn op i vores rolige villakvarter. Lav jer en kop kaffe og noget morgen mad. Om sommer kan i tage maden med ud på terrassen. Efter en ti minutters gåtur er i på Herlev station derfra tager det kun 20 min så står i midt i København, har kan i vælge at se en af de mange seværdigheder, gå i tivoli eller ud at spise frokost. På vej tilbage fra byturen, går i et smut forbi Kagsmosen og ser søen og høre fuglene. Tilbage i huset laver i aftensmad sammen, hygge jer og planlægger den næste dag.

Small mini house 10 min from Copenhagen centrum

Enjoy your stay with ease and be close to Copenhagen centrum. Metro (Sundby) 600 meters away and 8 min to centrum (Kgs Nytorv) by metro. The mini house is next to our own house in a safe, quit and cozy area. Close to a local supermarked and 30-40 min walk to historical Christianshavn. It has a small bedroom, kitchen/Living room and bedroom. A small area outfront to enjoy your breakfast. Free parking spot. Close to Bella center and fields. 10 min from airport by car and 20 min by metro.

Idyllic Guesthouse in Dragør near Copenhagen

This peaceful guesthouse is located in the center of the old charming 18th-century village, Dragør, where yellow-washed houses with red tile roofs stand shoulder by shoulder along cobblestoned streets. Dragør is a Danish cultural heritage attraction in itself and day trips to Copenhagen are popular. Restaurants and harbor life is located 50-150 meters from the guesthouse. Grocery stores and the beach are a 10 minute walk. A bus to Copenhagen leaves every 15 minutes.

Wonderfull Houseboat in Copenhagen

Wonderfull houseboat in Copenhagen. The authentic and cosy atmosphere around the harbour makes you feel at peace. You can jump right into the clear water from the houseboat or enjoy a drink on the raft. My home is rustic and quirky, not modern! The city center is 20 minutes away by bike.🌞 A latter/steep stairace is connecting the two floors on the boat. There are 2 double beds downstairs and 1 sofa bed upstairs. I prefer to rent out for min. 4 nights.

Beautiful TinyHouse close to the beach + metro

Fantastic unique tinyhouse that fits 4 grown ups or a family with up to 3 kids. You have everything you need: bathroom, toilet and fully equipped kitchen. The beach is 400 meters away. The metro is 500 meters away. The city centre is only 4 stops, and the airport 2 stops. It is a perfect House for when you want to explore the city and need a place to eat and sleep.
