With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, it is the perfect getaway for a group of friends or a family. The villa features a heated swimming pool, perfect for a soothing swim on cooler days or relaxing at any time of the year. The location of the villa is unbeatable, with the beach just a 20-minute walk away. You can enjoy beautiful sunsets from the comfort of the villa's private balcony.

Enjoy the unobstructed Atlantic view from sunrise to sunset on the large, southwest-facing terrace. The apartment was completely renovated in 2023. It has a bedroom with a double bed (160*200cm), a living room with air conditioning and ceiling fan (140 cm wide sofa bed for an additional person), a very well-equipped open kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment! The living room and bedroom have large glass doors to the terrace.
