Bright, sunny and renovated apartment in an amazing complex. This 1-bedroom apartment is fully equiped and has two great terraces with pool view, where you can sit and relax the whole day! The area is surrounded by golf courts and the complex has everything you need: Pool with lifeguard, pool bar, restaurant, ping pong table, pool table and amazing gardens :) There is a super market at a 5 min walk and there are bars are restaurants nearby. The beach is a 10-min walk. Airport is 10-min by car.

Enjoy the unobstructed Atlantic view from sunrise to sunset on the large, southwest-facing terrace. The apartment was completely renovated in 2023. It has a bedroom with a double bed (160*200cm), a living room with air conditioning and ceiling fan (140 cm wide sofa bed for an additional person), a very well-equipped open kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment! The living room and bedroom have large glass doors to the terrace.
