Built in 2023. Our A-Frame style home is located on thirty acres of maple, oak, pine & sassafras rising out of a blanket of ferns set in the Manistee National Forest. Over a mile of well maintained hiking trail winds through the woods. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan. Hosting adults only, no children or pets permitted inside the A, which is designed by a couple to create a perpetually quiet and relaxing place for other couples and ourselves.

Beautiful view of Lincoln Lake. We are in the perfect location, 3 miles to town and 3 miles to the State Park, right on Lincoln Lake. Come and enjoy some time relaxing in a private guest house. Enjoy a hot tub or time in the sauna, after a nice ride on kayaks. Two kayaks are for your use while you visit. Lincoln Lake goes right out into Lake Michigan. We offer Wi-Fi and a fully private kitchen, living room w/ TV, dining room, bedroom, and office. Ludington has a ton of wonderful things to do.

Grandma’s House is located 3.5 miles away from downtown Scottville, 20 minutes from Stearns Park beach in Ludington, 31 minutes from Little 'O' ORV trails, several bike trails within driving distance and 2.5 miles from the Pere Marquette River. The property is located on the historic Maple Wood Farm in rural Scottville. Outdoor opportunities located near the house include: Ludington State Park, Bike Trails, Pere Marquette river and many other fishing and outdoor recreation areas.

The Milkhouse at Polcin Dairy Farm

Peaceful Milkhouse cottage on historic Polcin Dairy Farm—country quiet just minutes from groceries, downtown Ludington, and the beach. Relax in a cozy living room, cook in a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, Instant Pot, blender, slow cooker, spices), and sleep soundly with mini-split heating/cooling in both the living room and bedroom. The Cottage

Small Charming Cottage set in a beautiful wooded setting. People who have stayed here have seen deer, raccoons, fox, woodpeckers, and listen to the sounds of whippoorwills in the evening. There is a small patio out back, with outdoor seating and grill, with a fire pit nearby. It is Private and romantic yet still close to Silver Lake, Stoney Lake and Lake Michigan. Equipped with a full kitchen, bath, and laundry. Heat and AC available, AC is removed during colder months.

Ludington Cozy Quiet Cottage

Recently remodeled 3-bedroom knotty-pine home, just south of town. Bath and a half with walk-in shower. 2 downstairs bedrooms each have a queen bed and bunkbeds, perfect for families. Upstairs bunkhouse sleeps 4 including 2 private sleeping cubicles. 12 beds plus sofas offers lots of sleeping quarters. Large wooded yard w/ lots of parking. Large fire pit w/ lots of chairs. 2-3 Miles to several beaches, boat launches, golf and disk courses.
