Dock your boat at our 36' floating dock with easy access to the big water.

Tired of taking out the trash, and stripping the bed at most Airbnbs? Our quiet and cozy suite is centrally located in the historic Springfield district, next to downtown Jacksonville. This unit is furnished with a queen bed, a queen pull-out sofa bed, and an amazing La-Z-Boy recliner perfect for naps. The bathroom is updated, with excellent water pressure. And, the front porch is exclusive for our guests. There is a stocked Keurig, as well as a refrigerator and microwave, but no kitchen.

Our tranquil beach retreat, perfect for extended and short stays. Just a 5min walk from Fernandina Beach. Nearby eateries beckon, and shopping at Walmart and Harris Teeter is a short drive away. Our cozy 2bed, 1bath abode (KING & queen beds) offers ample space with fully equipped kitchen for up to 4 guests Amenities include pool, tennis court, and a children's playground! Lovely 2nd floor 2 bedroom apartment over carriage house. Modern stainless appliances in kitchen, 55" LED TV with cable, high speed internet, washer/dryer. Completely furnished and supplied with all household needs. Centrally located between I-95, shopping/restaurants and beach. Check-in is 3:00p-8:00p. No check-in after 8:00p please. When booking please notify me of the estimated time you will arrive. This is a non-smoking apartment. No pets allowed. We cannot accommodate trailers.

Unit has all you need for a week long stay or just one night. Full Kitchen and laundry. Decorative Lighted patio available for all guests. Comfortable Queen sized bed easily sleeps 2, crib available on request for infants younger than 2. Hosts are friendly and answer communications immediately. Thank you.
