Our place is a 10 minute drive to I-35/Ames. Restaurants & a park are within walking distance. This studio is a flat above a detached garage and has a lovely, rustic charm and is separate from the main house. The living room has a pull-out couch, increasing guest size from 4 up to 6. The space includes a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, smart TV, Wi-Fi, dining area and an outdoor grill. This is not handicap accessible as it requires going up one flight of stairs. Quiet & peaceful neighborhood!

With easy interstate access, Ames and Des Moines are just a quick trip away. If you prefer to stay local, Ankeny offers great dining, shopping and entertainment options. We live upstairs, so you may hear us occasionally, but we strive to be as quiet as possible. We can't wait to host you and make your visit a memorable one!

This 4BR townhouse is well suited for families or groups of up to 8. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make full meals. Enjoy having TVs in every bedroom, while you stay connected with our reliable Wi-Fi connection. There is plenty of free off-street parking for vehicles and trailers. Walk to ISU sporting events or the bustling downtown area. As the owner/manager, I will do my best to give you a positive local experience whether you're visiting for business or leisure.

Drive into the attached garage and go upstairs where you will find your very private entrance to a quiet, peaceful, and restful living. Located 1 mile from the downtown area on a street loaded with large Oak and Walnut trees. A huge back yard in which to stroll or barbecue. It is the top half of my house complete with it's own kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. My residence is the bottom half of the house. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby.
